Welcome to VYBE ("we", "our", or "us"). VYBE is a party games application offering local and real-time online multiplayer games including Mafia, Hangman, Tic-Tac-Toe, Mind Match, Paranoia, Charades, and more.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any data processed through your use of the VYBE mobile application ("App"). Key Summary: VYBE does not require mandatory account registration or passwords. We only collect minimal information (such as player nicknames, room lobby IDs, and push notification tokens) strictly necessary to facilitate real-time multiplayer gameplay and game notifications.

We do NOT sell, rent, or share any personal data or player nicknames with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
Session Data: Multiplayer room codes and transient game states are temporary and automatically wiped or overwritten upon game session termination.
Local Data: Local names, player cards, and custom preferences remain on your device in local app storage (`SharedPreferences`) until you clear the app data or uninstall VYBE.
Security: All network communications with Firebase and WebSocket backends are encrypted using industry-standard TLS (HTTPS/WSS) protocols.

VYBE is designed as a party game application intended for general audiences aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data to our services, please contact us immediately, and we will promptly purge such data from our systems.
